  • Eat a variety of foods.
  • Base your diet on plenty of foods rich in carbohydrates.

  • Enjoy plenty of fruits and vegetables.
  • Reduce salt and sugar intake.
  • Eat regularly, control the portion size.
  • Drink plenty of fluids.
  • Maintain a healthy body weight.
  • Exercise Daily for at least an hour.
  • Keep Track of Calories and Food Intake Per Day.
  • Be Sure to Get Sleep : Get 7 – 8 hours of good sleep. You muscles grow during rest.

  • Challenge yourself as you progress. Be it weights or intensity.
  • Listen to your body and never neglect an injury.
  • A good physique takes time, hard work and perseverance. Avoid any suggestions or advice to the contrary.
