- 17 Indians abroad infected with coronavirus: 16 cases reported from Japan on the cruise ship and one from the UAE
- Stage: cases, two clusters (human to human transmission) with no community spread (surface to human transmission).

- No super spreader in India as doubling time is not abnormal. Epidemic doubling time is 7.5 days (Korea 1 day with Tripling time of 3 days was due to a super spreader)
- Positive cases and close contacts need isolation, masks, and treatment. Taken care by the government.
- Others do not need masks but only hand and face hygiene
