  • Suddenly you have all the time in the world
  • Use this time to rethink about your habits and routines and make changes.
  • Time to slow down and understand the principle of minimum effort and maximum profits
  • Time to think how to cut on your expenses and your needs
  • Time to upgrade your standards and organize virtual meetings with no time wasted on food, tea breaks or socializing
  • Time to do yoga, meditation and Pranayama
  • Time to write a book and your experiences

7 am – 8am:  Give time to yourself, enjoy the nature, walk, sit in sunlight, do yoga, Pranayama, meditation

8am- 9 am: Wash hands, read newspaper, wash hands again

9am -10 am: Have breakfast, chew every bite 30 times, enjoy its taste, smell, odor, after taste, sound and color

10am -12 noon: Watch TV, news, entertainment

12 – 1 pm: Have lunch, chew every bite 30 times, enjoy its taste, smell, odor, after taste, sound and color

1pm – 3 pm: Rest

3pm – 4 pm: Facebook chat on Corona @drkkaggarwal

4pm – 5 pm: Chat on other social media

5pm – 6 pm: Write or read a book, magazine, read and watch MEDtalks

6 pm – 7 pm:  Give time to yourself, walk, do yoga, Pranayama, meditation

7 pm – 9 pm:  Give time to the family, plan for tomorrow and the next week

9pm – 10 pm: Watch your favorite debate on TV

10 pm: Pay your respect to elders and sleep
