On the occasion of the fourth Naturopathy day, Surya Foundation & International Naturopathy Organisation (INO) launched the Disease Free India Campaign on 18th November, 2021 to 15th August 2022 to propagate naturopathy among common man. This program will be organized on the occasion of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotva ie 75th year of independence. During this program Surya Foundation INO will organized Naturopathy Camps under the guidance of Padmashri Jaiprakash Agarwal Ji in which all people common and uncommon will be given consultation for health under which they will be enlightened that how we can live disease free through our ancient nature cure system.
Disease free India campaign launched by Hon’ble State Minister of AYUSH Dr. Mahendra Bhai Munjapara with enlightening of Lamp and inauguration of function. why addressing the gathering at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi State minister said that Surya Foundation INO is organizing various activities for the last 25 year to propagate Naturopathy and to take it’s benefits and knowledge at every door step.

On this occasion, while address through video conferencing and appreciation the Padmashri Jaiprakash Agarwal Ji Chairman Surya Foundation INO, founder of Patanjali Yog Peeth Swami Ramdev said that he is one of the genius who is fully dedicated to propagate the Naturopathy mind body soul. He further said that Naturopathy has been followed for centuries. Sun, fire, water, earth, worshiping and devotion are part of our culture and had been part of our lifestyle if need be, many works are required to be done by the AYUSH Ministry to refine it at the level of Govt. but I have a lot of work left to be done.

While addressing the gathering at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, Surya Foundation INO Chairman Padmashri Jaiprakash Ji said that Naturopathy is very cheap and readily available to all of us and can be learned by everyone and after learning it can make others healthy. In this direction, under the dynamic leadership of our Prime Minister, the Ministry of AYUSH is doing remarkable works, besides, INO works are also commendable to take Naturopathy to every door step.

At this occasion, Shri Anant Biradar National President-INO Announced that Kaun Banega Swasthya Rakshak Online competition is being Organized in the country to apprise and awaken the children and adults about Naturopathy. He further said that 7 Lakhs people will participate in this online competition. Shri Anant Biradar further that said on the occasion of the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, 75th year of Indian independence, Naturopathy comps will be Organized at 75 selected places in which people will be taught the mantra of living healthy through mud, water, air and heat.

At this occasion, Shri Biradar announced that following proposals will be taken up with the Govt for their consideration :-

There was a meeting held on 11 July 2019 conducted by the National Board for promotion and development of Yoga and Naturopathy (for BNYS/Self Educated/Diploma Holder) in which decision was taken that registration is to be done and that must be implemented. Yog and Naturopathy must be included in the National Commission for Indian System of Medicines (NCISM) so that Naturopathy may be at par with other modern system of medicines.

Yoga trend Professional i.e. Yoga Volunteer, Yoga Teacher certified by Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of AYUSH must be given cognizance and some directions may be given for Job opportunities to them.

While addressing the Audience, Shri Raju Bista, MP-Loksabha said that Naturopathy is our traditional curing system which is most effective. As on date through INO, Naturopathy is being adopted in the country.

At this occasion, through Video Conferencing link, the successor of Shri Mahesh Yogi Ji and Head of Organisation Dr Tony Nadar, opined that for Holistic health, the alternate system of medicine has got more importance and utility in today’s time. This has established the coordination with principles of the present medicine system for health. He further said that Health is not limited to physical body only but to consider it in the concept of total health of mental health as well. He referred to the link of Naturopathy with our ancient Vedas in this regard and defined it with the natural physiological science of the human body.

At this occasion, while giving his blessing words, Acharya Lokesh Muni Ji said that we can keep the people healthy through Naturopathy, there is a need for its regularity and patience to follow it.

At the occasion of 4th Naturopathy Day, like every year, this year also INO has presented Awards to 6 renowned and veteran Naturopathy Doctors for their significant contribution in the development of Naturopathy.

In this list, the Mahatma Gandhi International Award was given to Prof (Dr) K Sathyalakshmi, Director-NIN, Pune. Rajkumari Amrit Kaur Award was given to Smt. (Dr) Soneprabha Verma of West Bengal. Balkova Bhave Award presented to Shri (Dr) Jeewan Lal Gandhi of Maharashtra. Venkat Rao Award was given to Shri T Amerandra Rao of Andhra Pradesh. Dr Vitthal Das Modi was presented to Shri (Dr) B.T. Chidanand Murthy of Karnataka and Shri Mahaveer Prasad Poddar Award was given to Shri Jai Singhvi of Gujarat.

For the last 26 years under the guidance of Padma Shri Jai Prakash Agarwal Ji, Chairman Surya Foundation and INO is making whole hearted efforts for propagation of Naturopathy. On the occasion of 4th Naturopathy Day, disease free India campaign was launched and inaugurated by INO, in which more than 40000 workers from 500 districts of 32 states will organize various functions and Naturopathy Camps.
