As our country is also battling the pandemic on a war-footing, India’s traditional system of Yoga is accepted worldwide as the most credible means to boost immunity, improve overall health and well-being.  Furthermore, the recent surge in COVID–19 cases and the threat of Omicron variant has once again led to restrictions and shutting down of public places including gyms, employees again returning to work from home and student back to online classes mandating the long sitting and screening sharing hours at the cost of numerous health problems. Hence, it is pertinent to keep the ‘mind and body healthy and abstaining from illness by following the work-from-home healthy lifestyle through Yoga way’.
