Dr. T. S. Kler was the Executive Director, Cardiac Sciences, and Head of department of Cardiology, FEHI, Delhi. In addition, Dr. Kler is a Director Arrhythmia Service, at FEHI Delhi since its inception in 1991. He performs 2000 cardiac diagnostic angiographies, around 300 angioplasties including stenting/atherectomy/rotablation every year. Dr. Kler has many firsts to his credit in this country.
