Hon’ble President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind inaugurates Apollo Hospitals in Lucknow

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd. Inaugurating the hospital, the Hon’ble President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind said that Apollo medics hospital which is now in Lucknow is equipped with the most modern hi-tech healthcare facilities. He said that the new super-specialty hospital will prove to be a great healthcare asset as it will offer prompt and high-quality treatment to a large number of people in Lucknow and Uttar Pradesh. The government has given priority to provide modern healthcare to the people, especially the poor and middle class. Along with state governments, the Centre is trying to build infrastructure for modern healthcare all over the country. Because of policy interventions, the government is moving towards a situation where good healthcare is provided to the poor and middle class without their having to pay unnecessary costs.

The Apollo medics Super Speciality Hospital with advanced infrastructure and the best in class medical equipment will deliver world-class services and provide a major boost to the health infrastructure of the state. Located in the heart of Lucknow, the super-speciality hospital will provide tertiary care across 10 Centres of Excellence with more than 30 specialties spearheaded by internationally trained doctors. A noteworthy feature is that 110 beds amongst the 330 beds are dedicated exclusively for critical care.

Speaking at the inauguration, the Hon’ble Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Ram Naik welcomed Apollomedics Super Specialty Hospital in Lucknow and expressed happiness that this hospital is now ready to serve the people of Uttar Pradesh. He lauded the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi for his contributions to the development of the country. He said that the hospital is set to cater to lakhs of patients in Lucknow and cities which border the region. The people of Uttar Pradesh, over many decades, have been seeking Apollo’s services in Delhi and other states. Their continued faith and trust in the high quality of care is greatly valued and it is expected that they will expand their footprints in the region with medical services in the state.
