Padma Shri awardee Dr. R. L. Mittal, renowned Orthopaedic Surgeon, Patiala shall give presentation on the topic ‘You are the Creator of you own Destiny’ in the interactive session with Padma Shri Awardees during  the next session of Lok Sabha i.e on February 9-11, 2022.
