S. Tarlochan Singh awarded with Padma Vibhushan

President of India bestowed upon Padma Vibhushan to S. Tarlochan Singh for his contribution in social service, November 9, 2021, New Delhi, India.

S Tarlochan Singh has served as press secretary to former President Giani Zail Singh. He has served in various capacities in Punjab and Central Governments.
