Blood and Food donation drives across Hyderabad and Vizag

Hyderabad/New Delhi, May 10, 2025:

Standing in solidarity with the nation during challenging times, Phenom India, through its CSR arms, Phenom Cares and the Bayireddi Foundation, spearheaded large-scale , reinforcing its commitment to saving lives and supporting the nation’s healthcare ecosystem.

In collaboration with the Chiranjeevi Charitable Trust, over 150 Phenom employees voluntarily donated blood across both cities. The effort comes at a critical time, reflecting Phenom’s proactive approach to addressing urgent healthcare needs through corporate citizenship.

“At Phenom, our people are our greatest strength, and that strength lies in their empathy and willingness to act. The success of our blood donation drives is a shining example of how we come together not just for business, but for humanity. We remain committed to enabling real impact where it matters most,” said Srinivas Pindi, Vice President, HR & TA, Phenom.

Reinforcing its commitment further, Phenom also conducted food donation drives in Hyderabad, in partnership with the Robin Hood Army, reaching four underserved slum areas and Basavatarakam Hospital. More than 2,000 food packets were distributed to the underprivileged, with similar outreach activities held in Vizag, furthering the company’s mission to serve the community with purpose and compassion.

Together, these initiatives exemplify Phenom’s holistic approach to social impact, not just helping a billion people find the right work, but also stepping up in moments that demand humanity and action.
