Connect and Heal, a leading health-tech company providing end-to-end 360° coordinated care, has announced the joining of Nishant Kashyap as VP – Engineering. In this position, he will be responsible for the entire technology platform and consumer facing applications.

Nishant has over 16 years of technology experience across Development, Information Security, Automation, RPA, and Performance Engineering & Internal Tools. Previously, he has worked with leading companies like LinkedIn, Myntra, Oracle, Yahoo, Adobe Systems, and a few startups.

One of his most recent stints was at API Holdings (Pharmeasy). He managed the design and development of platform tools and setup information security practices, automation processes, in-house RPA development, and performance engineering practices from scratch, along with setting up the entire process. He oversaw the growth of the engineering teams from 10 people to 100+ across various functions and the company scaling to more than 5X in just four years.
