In a significant step toward advancing fertility care in India, SpOvum Technologies, a leading IVF technology company, has announced a strategic collaboration with Khushi Fertility, one of Bangalore’s fastest-growing chains of fertility clinics led by Dr. Rashmi Yogish, MS (OBG), Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine, Fellow of Royal College of Robotic Surgeons. Founder, Clinical Director, And Lead IVF Consultant, Khushi Fertility and IVF Centers, Karnataka, India. This first-of-its-kind partnership aims to elevate assisted reproductive technology by integrating SpOvum’s advanced Lab Management System (LMS), cutting-edge software, and proprietary hardware across Khushi’s clinical ecosystem.
As the official knowledge and R&D partner, SpOvum will lead the training and upskilling of embryologists at Khushi Fertility, ensuring standardized, high-quality practices across all centers. The partnership also enables real-time, in-clinic R&D to streamline clinical trials and enable product innovation tailored specifically to the Indian IVF landscape.
“This partnership allows us to embed technology where it matters most — at the point of care,” said Dr. Santosh Bhargav D B, CTO at SpOvum. “By co-creating within Khushi Fertility’s clinical environment, we can iterate faster, integrate deeper, and drive innovations that elevate both embryologist performance and patient outcomes.
Dr. Ramnath Babu T J, CEO of SpOvum, added, “We believe the future of fertility care lies in intelligent, collaborative ecosystems. This alliance isn’t just about improving success rates—it’s about building a scalable, smart, and patient-centric IVF infrastructure across India.”
As part of this collaboration, SpOvum will establish an in-clinic R&D hub within Khushi Fertility centers, enabling seamless testing and refinement of emerging technologies in real-world settings. Innovations in AI-powered lab automation, embryo tracking, and data-driven patient care will be accelerated through this model.
“Our focus has always been on delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes for our patients. With SpOvum’s advanced technology and expertise, we’re confident that this collaboration will help us set new benchmarks in precision, efficiency, and personalized fertility care”. said Dr. Rashmi Yogish.
This alliance is expected to catalyze transformative change across the Indian IVF sector. By embedding AI-driven protocols and automated systems, the partnership aims to boost success rates, enhance clinical decision-making, and streamline the patient journey. Continuous feedback loops enabled by the in-clinic R&D setup will also fuel ongoing innovation and sustained clinical improvement.
Ultimately, the collaboration seeks to create a replicable, India-focused model for modern, efficient, and patient-first IVF care.
