How to Make Turmeric Water:

  • Boil a cup of purified water.
  • Mix a teaspoon of turmeric powder with half a teaspoon of lemon juice in another cup.
  • Add warm water to the mix. Put some honey(if required).

Consumption in the morning helps detox the body, while having it after meals enhance the digestive process. When consumed before bedtime, it treats the symptoms of depression and lightens the mood. Turmeric is a healthy ingredient that rejuvenates the body from the core and produces visible results. It is best to consume it in a liquid or semi-liquid combination.

It is best to consume turmeric water in the morning. Though used both in the morning or before bed at night, turmeric water serves to be the most beneficial when finished empty stomach as it helps the body burn excess flab. It is the most helpful when lukewarm as it has an anti-inflammatory effect, and one can quickly note the positive changes in the body on regular use.
