The cases of Omicron have been increasing unabatedly across the globe. The world community is sternly fighting against a common enemy and consequently, the COVID–19 pandemic has shifted everyone’s focus on health and immunity.
As our country is also battling the pandemic on a war-footing, India’s traditional system of Yoga is accepted worldwide as the most credible means to boost immunity, improve overall health and well-being.
