Workshop on Importance of Art of communication

NTPC DBF-HQ organised a communication workshop for Senior Executives through Microsoft teams.

Inaugurating the workshop, Shri. K. K. Singh, RED (DBF & Hydro) highlighted the importance of rightful communication within the organization. For better Communication Skills he further emphasized that we have to inculcate the habit of listening.

Swami Chidrupananda, of Chinmaya Mission, Noida dwelled upon Art of communication through the examples from our Ancient Scriptures that how it can be applied to in our day to day working even today. He further explained that our inability to communicate correctly in any situation, may lead to lot at problems both in personal and professional lifes.

Shishir Sinha, Senior Editor, Business Line, spoke on Image, Perception and Reputation Management. He also highlighted how to share the information to get the maximum coverage possible.

Workshop was attended by Senior Executives at DBF & Hydro.
