In a letter to the Governor of Himachal Pradesh Acharya Devvrat, the President has conveyed his appreciation for the warm welcome and hospitality extended to him and the team from Rashtrapati Bhavan. He also conveyed his thanks for Civic Reception hosted by the State Government and to the Governor for hosting a Banquet at Raj Bhavan.
The President also conveyed that his stay was memorable in Mashobra and expressed his happiness to walk along Shimla’s iconic Mall Road and visit to Shimla Water Catchment and Wildlife Sanctuary. In the letter, he said that the President enjoyed his interaction with the residents of Shimla and tourists.
