Say no to tobacco, appeals CM Uttarakhand

New Delhi, May 30,2018 : On the eve of the World No Tobacco Day, Chief Minister Uttarakhand Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat, in his message, has appealed the people of the state to avoid the habit of tobacco consumption. He said that tobacco is a poison. He has appealed everyone to make people in their neighborhood, relatives and friends, aware about the diseases because of the consumption of tobacco products. Chief Minister said that consumption of tobacco and drugs etc is not just harmful from personal and health point of view but it has bad effects socially and economically as well. He said that if one makes a commitment to quit tobacco consumption, it can be left easily. Chief Minister has appealed to the people of the state not to consume intoxicating substances like tobacco, cigarette, beedi, gutka etc.
