Special attention on sanitation is must for protection from diseases-Governor Madhya Pradesh

Governor Smt. Patel dedicates new building of Community Health Centre Bhopal, July 15, 2018: The Governor Smt. Anandiben Patel while dedicating new building of Community Health Centre at Berasia on July 13,2018, said that efforts should be made for protection from diseases. Special attention on sanitation is must for this. Consume material bought from outside after proper cleaning. She further mentioned that we can save ourselves from diseases certainly, if we keep ourselves clean and maintain cleanliness in our surrounding. The government is making efforts to provide health services to the people of villages and backward areas.

Moreover, Smt. Patel said that it is the responsibility of women to pay special attention on sanitation. She stated that lack of toilet is also a big cause for new diseases. Smt. Patel said that we all have to make combined efforts to save water. Drip irrigation system is must for irrigation. Paani Bachao Abhiyan should be conducted like Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao Abhiyan. Smt. Patel asserted that she is giving suggestions not as the Governor but as a mother today that they should pay attention on daughters and provide them nutritious food, get pregnant women registered and administer vaccination on time. The Governor further stated that we could definitely build nation, if we pay attention on children’s health, education and nutritious food.

Member of Parliament Shri Alok Sanjar said that it is the responsibility of public representatives to work with a feeling of service and then only we will succeed. He stated that efforts should be made to ensure benefits of government schemes reaches last person of the society. Local MLA Shri Vishnu Khatri said that efforts will be made constantly so that all the villagers avail benefit of the Ayushman Yojana of the Union Government.

President Jila Panchayat Shri Manmohan Nagar, President Nagarpalika Shri Rajmal Gupta and villagers in large number were present on the occasion.
