Mumbai, December 05, 2024:

Making history in the global realm of Ayurveda, over 70 students from more than 30 countries came together for the first time to complete a groundbreaking 3-year Ayurveda, Siddha Veda education program. Organized by the Ayushakti Academy of Ayurveda, this monumental achievement was celebrated in grand style during the Ayushakti Education Summit 2024, held around the festive occasion of Diwali in Mumbai.

The summit brought together participants of Ayushakti’s PATH (Practitioner Training in Ancient Healing secrets of siddha-veda) course. Ayushakti’s PATH course is ancient wisdom meets modern healing, where secrets passed down through millennia are made accessible to transform lives. Over the last three years, Ayushakti has crafted a revolutionary program that not only trains practitioners in the ancient art of Ayurveda, Siddha-Veda healing but also empowers them to integrate this knowledge into a results-driven practice. The PATH course is a life-changing experience that combines immersive learning, hands-on skills, and spiritual awakening.

The PATH course is a comprehensive, 3-year skill and talent-based training program that dives deep into the ancient science of Ayurveda, Siddha-Veda, as preserved by Dr. Smita Naram and late Dr. Pankaj Naram. Participants are taught how to read and interpret pulse diagnoses, identify the root cause of ailments, and implement holistic solutions through natural therapies, herbs, dietary guidance, and marmaa points.

This isn’t a typical classroom experience but a global initiative, with students from over 30 countries participating. It blends theoretical knowledge with real-world application, ensuring graduates with the confidence and competence to heal the clients effectively. It offers a journey that is reshaping global wellness

From learning ancient Sanskrit shlokas to mastering the art of Panchkarma therapies, PATH students are immersed in the full spectrum of Siddha-Veda teachings. They also explore cutting-edge ways to integrate these practices into wellness practices, guided by experts like Dr. Smita Naram and Dr. Krishna Naram.

This year, Ayushakti made history by celebrating a summit of 70+ students from 30+ countries successfully completing the PATH course. This milestone was commemorated during the Ayushakti Education Summit 2024, where students received their certifications in an emotional convocation ceremony.

Timed around the festival of Diwali, the summit embraced the universal message of light conquering darkness, a theme that resonated deeply with the core philosophy of Siddha Veda:  तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय” (From the Darkness of Ignorance), make me go (i.e. Lead me) towards the Light of Knowledge).

The summit was a hub of knowledge-sharing and cultural exchange, featuring immersive workshops, expert lectures, and hands-on demonstrations which has captivated participants with its wide-ranging activities, which included:

  • Mastering Pulse Reading: Participants learned the ancient diagnostic art of pulse reading through lectures and live demonstrations. Observing Dr. Smita Naram’s pulse consultation clinic offered an invaluable real-world perspective on personalized healing
  • Hands-on healing: Immersive workshops on Panchkarma therapies and Marmaa techniques provided participants with direct experience in these transformative practices, under the guidance of skilled practitioners.
  • Real-world application: Indoor and outdoor camps enabled attendees to apply their newfound knowledge, offering holistic healing to those in need and witnessing the real-world impact of Siddha Veda techniques.
  • Sewa – The heart of healing: True to the essence of Siddha Veda, participants engaged in Sewa (selfless service), organizing food distributions at a charitable trust, reinforcing the principle that compassion is central to healing.
  • Spiritual and cultural enrichment: The Rudra Yagna and Dhanvantari Pooja on the auspicious occasion of Dhanvantari Day added a spiritual dimension, honoring the divine forces behind Ayurveda and invoking blessings for holistic well-being.
