Paras Hospitals Gurugram rolls out their vaccination drive; 76 frontline workers get their COVID-19 jab on Day 1

New Delhi, January 19, 2021 :

Leading multi-specialty Hospital, Paras Hospitals Gurugram, today rolled out their COVID-19 vaccination drive. Dr. Dharminder Nagar, Managing Director, Paras Healthcare, was the first one to get the much-awaited vaccine shot in order to motivate and assure the efficacy of the vaccine to the other frontline workers.  

The Paras Hospitals Gurugram, was nominated as a vaccination site by the civil authorities and vaccination counter was operationalized inside the hospital premises. HCW including nurses, housekeeping staff, lab technicians and doctors received vaccine as worthy beneficiaries. 

As per the Government plan, the doses will be given on Monday, Thursday and Saturday for the next four weeks to inoculate the health workers.
“A mock drill was conducted in the hospital few days ago. Support staff from the hospital has already been trained by the district administration last week. The process was successfully conducted as per standard guidelines given by civil authorities, said Dr Arunesh kumar , Senior Consultant & Head – Respiratory Medicine / Pulmonoloy, Paras Hospitals Gurugram.
