Public Relations Society Delhi organizes ‘Talent Hunt Competition’ at IIMC Delhi Campus

New Delhi, March 19, 2022:

Public Relations Society Delhi in collaboration with Department of Advertising & Public Relations organized an on-ground event “Talent Hunt Competition” at IIMC, Delhi Campus. Prof. Sanjay Dwivedi, DG (IIMC) inaugurated the event. Prof. Anubhuti Yadav, Course Director, AD & PR, and Prof Pramod Kumar, Dean Students Welfare was also present on the occasion. The Jury for the contest included G S Bawa, Former GM (PR), AAI, Ms Rama Vijay, Former GM (CC) REC Ltd, J P Sharma, Former DGM (PR), NTPC, Sanchit Sharma, Director, Critique Communications Pvt. Ltd., Vivek Shukla, senior journalist, Founder PSUWatch and Shubham Saurav Singh, DM (PR), PFC

In his inaugural address, DG, IIMC said,We live in a world of memories, where emotion plays an important role in public relations, especially nowadays when audiences are bombarded by content. PR professionals have a great role to play in figuring out the exact emotions to tap in to through their messaging and modes of communications.

Students of Advertising and Public Relations Department participated in teams and three teams were declared winners by the jury members and were awarded with certificates, trophies and vouchers to celebrate Holi with colors of their choice. Further, selected students will also be representing PRSD at the National Level Talent Hunt of PRCI which is supported by PRSD, the next in the series falls on 9th April 2022 on 9th April 2022.
