AYUSHMAN Bharat to roll off tomorrow all over the country

September 22, 2018
New Delhi, September 21,2018 :
From health perspective no body will be poor in India from tomorrow, 23rd September 2018. All needy people will have an insurance of five lacs with insurance premium paid by the government.  All workers in India ( salary les than 21000 INR) are already covered under employees state insurance ESI scheme.
Getting paid for insurance premium by the government will be a fundamental right for all across India.
All hospitals and establishments  who have commitment 10% free work for the poor will now start getting paid under the insurance and also all government hospitals will also start getting some reimbursements from the insurance. More and more people will opt for private wards in government hospitals.
Under article 21 health is already a fundamental right and under article 47 under State Directive Principles the government is mandated to look after the health of its citizens based on the means available. And if the means are not available the state government can mandate all private hospitals to enroll under this scheme.
No excuse from tomorrow as all emergent health conditions will get paid for the poor under the insurance and 100% hospitals will have to comply.
Also time has come for Universal health coverage. Those who can pay it must be mandatory to get an insurance for atleast  five lac ( 500,000 INR). Five lac insurance will become a minimum bench mark for health insurance in India.
Once 100 % people are insured health care will become affordable over time to every one. The treatment cost will reduce automatically.
Also two types of premiums, two types of packages and two types of treatment will also go for auto correction.
