New Delhi, August 25, 2026:

Akshar Yoga Kendraa, founded by Himalayan Yogi, spiritual leader, author and Yoga educator Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar, is set to expand its international presence to Australia, marking a significant milestone in its mission to take authentic Himalayan Yoga, meditation and yogic sciences to new global communities.

Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar will visit Sydney and Melbourne in August 2026 to lead a series of Yoga, meditation, Pranayama, spiritual wellness and educational engagements. A key highlight of the visit will be the announcement of the Australian chapter of Akshar Yoga Kendraa, creating a dedicated platform for Yoga education, teacher training, wellbeing programmes and community engagement.

The expansion comes at a time when contemporary lifestyles are increasingly shaped by stress, digital overload, emotional fatigue, lack of focus and the growing need for resilience and inner balance. Through the Australia programmes, Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar will explore how traditional yogic practices can be meaningfully integrated into modern life to cultivate greater awareness, mental clarity, emotional balance and conscious living.

The programmes will introduce participants to Asanas, Pranayama, meditation, Mudras, Tratak Meditation, concentration practices and Himalayan yogic traditions, offering an experiential approach to wellbeing while retaining the authenticity of their traditional roots.

Himalayan Siddhaa Akshar, Founder, Akshar Yoga Kendraa, said: “Yoga is far more than a physical practice; it is a profound science of understanding the body, breath, mind and consciousness. Our expansion into Australia is an opportunity to share this deeper dimension of Yoga with a new generation. We want to create an environment where people can not only practise Yoga, but understand its principles, experience its transformative potential and, for aspiring teachers, learn to transmit this knowledge with authenticity and responsibility.”
