VIVANTA DWARKA HOSTS A YOGA WORKSHOP IN ASSOCIATION WITH ART OF LIVING

New Delhi, June 14,, 2018 : Welcoming the International Yoga Day in full zest, Vivanta by Taj Dwarka has joined hands with Art of Living foundation. The hotel has organized a 5 day Sri Sri Yoga level-I programme for the residents of Dwarka and neighbouring areas. The event will witness more than 750 participants who are attending the program, which will continue till 17th June from 6 am to 8 am.

The program is being conducted by Rajesh Jagasia, National Director – Art of Living Programs. Rajesh Jagasia in span of 20+ years has trained people across countries as diverse as U.S.A, U.A.E, Fiji, Russia, Korea & Germany and now counts many Parliamentarians, thousands of participants from Top Corporates and Universities among his students.

Every day is planned with various yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, yogic wisdom and introduction to Ayurveda. Participants will also partake in a session with Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar via Webcast to know more about the diversity in yoga. Many teenagers aged 14 to 18 have enrolled in the programme which will be fresh sight and will further motivate more teenagers and youngsters to include yoga in their lifestyle.
